These terms apply to window cleaning services provided by K&H Window Cleaning ("we", "us") to you ("the customer").
Quotes provided through this website or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may be confirmed once we have seen the property. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date with you.
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning across Blenheim and the wider Marlborough region. We take care with your property and use products suited to the job. If safe access to any window cannot be arranged, that window may be excluded from the clean.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking, so we can offer the time to someone else.
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, faults, or wear to windows, frames, or seals that is present before we begin.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
